The staff was excellent. The pick up was on time just as they promised. I got in late because of plane delay but what was exceptional was the hotel still went out of their way to provide me with breakfast. The guy in the kitchen gave me everything that was served earlier nothing was missing. Anything that was lacking and they were able to provide they assisted. The cleaner, driver and everyone at the reception area were all pleasant. I stayed for 2 days.

The front desk staff is wonderful. We let her know about the shuttle need to the airport and time. She even adjusted our checkout time by 1 hour to accommodate our needs. The room is delightfully calm and very clean. They even made a tissue bow for the box of tissues. :-) They took care of the smallest details. I will gladly stay here again. They offer a buffet breakfast from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm. We like orange juice with breakfast, but they had good coffee, cold filtered water. and lemonade, which were good alternatives. I prefer the omelettes with cheese that some hotels have, but their scrambled eggs were fluffy and tasty. They have real butter. They also have a Texas-shaped waffle maker, which was fun to try. Their snacks are very reasonably priced for a hotel. There are no surprise costs that some hotels have.

I booked my original stay the night before my cruise. Upon returning from the cruise, I was grounded in Houston for two extra days due to weather and a canceled flight. Despite my frustration and not having my physical credit card, the staff walked me through booking online (I only had the card numbers) so I wouldn't have to sleep in the airport for two nights Staff treated me well, made this nightmare manageable and did it with care and consideration. My room was clean and very well stocked. The shuttle driver was extra nice and offered me some much-needed words of encouragement. I could not explore Houston due to the crappy weather, but my stay here was more than adequate. My only suggestions are to add a mini "business center" with a computer for guests to use in the future and at least one non-pork option for breakfast. I would come back!

I needed to be by the airport area so this location was great! The restaurant near this hotel named “the Spanish flower” was the best Mexican food. This hotel was near a lot of other hotels. Seemed pretty safe to me and staff was always at the front desk. The room was nice the water was hot. It had a microwave and a fridge. The ring light mirror in the bathroom was cool. It’s Perfect for near the airport experience and free parking. I went downtown in a uber it was about $30-40 dollars downtown is a little ways out. Airport uber is about $10-$15 but they have a free shuttle to and from the hotel. Very convenient!

The entire staff was marvelous. The only downside to the room was that the curtains were old and stained. I stayed for 3 days on business and was able to get all of my work done. Can't say enough kind things about the staff.

The room was exceptionally clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and the hot water was legitimately hot. This hit pretty much all of the important key points for me.

This is a friendly, considerate and lovable facility. They have a perfect concierge service. I was able to keep my bags for 4 days without paying a dime when I needed to go to Dallas and didn't want to travel with much luggage. They gave me tags for identification and the bags were intact when I took them back. The airport shuttle was fantastic. The driver obliged when I told him to stop by a shop for me to pick some items. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was superb with varieties to select from. It is very close to IAH.
